The Balanced Body Blueprint is Coming

Get ready to change how you think about fitness programming.

Hey, what’s up, you foxy fucks? I’ve got some good news for you.

I’ve been working on this course for a while now—say hello to the Balanced Body Blueprint!

The main focus of this is fitness, but it’s definitely not a typical fitness course—in fact, it’s more of a fitness mindset course that will save you a lot of time.

I’ve gotten sick and tired of the online world talking about fitness as if it’s just for bodybuilders:

  • Who else is dreading leg day?

  • I’m so hyped for leg/chest/arm day!

  • Check out my [isolated muscle] pump!

  • Part of me is so sore from working my [unnecessarily isolated muscle group].

  • I love doing this specific exercise with this specific equipment for this specific muscle!

  • I spend each workout session stressing just one-third of my muscle groups (or less) because that’s what this program (or person) says, even though it wasn’t made with my specific goals in mind at all!

Okay, I’ve never heard someone say that last one word-for-word, but close enough.

Do you see the problem here?

Yes, bodybuilding, posing, and appreciating specific muscles is badass, but not everyone is trying to be a JoJo character.

That’d be kinda sick, though.

This approach is poison to the goals of 99% of you.

If you’re hyperfocused on your body as a set of segmented muscles, you’ll never get to use it as a whole. (Spoilers: this will be very important when you’re 70.)

The goal of this course is to expand your mind from thinking about specific exercises and specific muscles to movement patterns that apply to your whole body.

Once you understand movement patterns, you won’t care about what equipment is available because you can easily swap out exercises within movement patterns.

With this equipment restriction removed, it doesn’t matter what time of day you go to the gym.

In fact, if you have some basic equipment at home, you won’t even need to go to a gym. You’ll be able to use the same piece of equipment to hit pretty much all of the necessary patterns.

Instead of:

  • Chasing someone else's goals

  • Being restricted to specific exercises

  • Focusing on isolation (arm/leg/chest days)

You can:

  • Streamline your fitness programming

  • Save time with unlimited adaptability in your routine

  • Know how to modify your program on-the-fly and still be effective

  • Get your workout done no matter what equipment you have available

I won’t lie to you: this course is not a list of exercises. There are some in there, but this isn’t an exercise tutorial. Just like everyone else, you can look up any specific exercises you want to learn in detail.

The point of this is to not be limited to specific exercises, but to be free to swap around pretty much anything in your fitness program at any time.

It makes exercising much more enjoyable. I promise.

And you’ll also get a free customizable program template to work with, so that’s pretty cool.

The launch date will be in mid-April.

Email subscribers will also get a 33% discount code when it launches!

That means if you’re reading this online, go subscribe right now.

Or don’t. 🤷

Till next time, see ya.

(*If you only care about aesthetics or competing, and not function and freedom, this isn’t for you.)
